No Antibiotics | No Hormones
Our cattle are never given any antibiotics, and are never administered hormones of any kind. Our cattle are all natural so you will know what is in your beef when you get it from us.
No Grain | All Grass
Did we mention our cattle are 100% grass fed? Since we never include grains in their diet, you do not have to worry about pesticide contanimation in our beef.
USDA Certified
All of our beef is prepped in a USDA certified processing facility located in nearby Walstonburg, North Carolina.
Vacuum Sealed Packaging
Each cow is processed uniquely based on the best cuts for the particular animal, determined by our abattoir, and each cut is divided into vacuum sealed packaging. This makes it convenient to split a purchase with friends and family!
Dry-aged for 21 days
All of our beef is dry-aged for three weeks, providing you with a superior product. This dry-aging process intensifies the flavor, tenderizes the meat, and gives the meat a subtle texture shift. As the beef dry-ages, moisture evaporates and enzymes break down proteins and fats into smaller compounds, like amino and fatty acids, adding layers of flavor and building complexity you will not get in non dry-aged cuts. At the same time, those enzymes soften muscle fibers and connective tissue; by the time it is done, even tougher cuts like strip loin and ribeye can turn buttery. Finally, this process gives a subtle shift in texture not found in immediately packaged beef - what you get is a rich, melt-in-your-mouth deal that pairs well with a sear!
